In general

Flatey Pizza reserves the right to cancel orders, e.g. due to incorrect price information or stop offering product types without notice. We reserve the right to confirm orders by telephone.

Disclaimer

All provisions of the terms and conditions below must be interpreted in accordance with Icelandic law. In the event of a dispute between the parties, such dispute will only be resolved in Icelandic courts.

Delivery of goods/services

All orders are processed the next working day after ordering. If the product is not in stock, a customer service representative will contact you and inform you of the estimated delivery time of the product.

Price of product

All prices include VAT. Reykjavík Napoli ehf. reserves the right to change prices without notice due to exchange rate changes or increases from abroad.

Payment

You can pay for products during the order process with VISA or MASTERCARD payment cards through Valitor's secure payment page. Credit and debit cards are accepted.

Refund policy

Returns or refunds are not offered.

Security terms (protection of personal data)

The seller promises the buyer complete confidentiality regarding all information he provides in connection with the transaction. Information will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances.

Laws and forums

This agreement is in accordance with Icelandic law. If a case arises because of him, it shall be tried before the District Court.
